How the Floressa subscription works

When you choose Subscribe and Save, you'll receive a new jar of Floressa every 30 days at 20% off the one-time price. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, and each shipment is sent to the address on file. There is no minimum commitment.

Cancel, skip or pause anytime

You can cancel, skip a shipment, pause or change your next ship date at any time, with no fees:

• Log in to your account at floressabio.com and open Subscriptions, or
• Use the Manage subscription link in any order or renewal email, or
• Email hello@floressabio.com and we'll do it for you.

Changes take effect immediately. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, make your change before the renewal date shown in your account. Orders already processed and shipped follow our Return and refund policy.

Renewal reminders

We email you a reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.

Price changes

If the subscription price ever changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
