Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International shipping is coming soon. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging. The product name does not appear on the outside of the box, and your card statement shows "Floressa".
Shipping rates and times
- Subscription orders: free standard shipping.
- One-time orders: free standard shipping on orders over $50; otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Standard shipping: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch via USPS or UPS.
Orders placed before 12 pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Subscription shipments
Your subscription renews and ships every 30 days from your first order. You can change your next ship date, skip a month, pause or cancel at any time from your account.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived within 2 days, email hello@floressabio.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it before the order ships, but not after.
